We start by confirming the basics.
You share your event date, course location, and estimated number of rental sets needed. We’ll review player requirements (men’s, women’s, left-handed) and confirm timing in advance so there are no surprises.
2) We Handle Logistics
Delivery and pickup are coordinated around your schedule.
Rental sets are delivered directly to your course before the event and picked up afterward. There’s no shipping, unpacking, or return coordination required from your staff.
3) Event Day Support
Everything is ready when players arrive.
Clubs arrive clean, organized, and ready for use. If last-minute needs come up, we’re available to help address them quickly.
4) Pickup & Follow-Up
Once the event wraps up, we take it from there.
We coordinate pickup, handle post-event logistics, and follow up as needed for future outings or repeat events.
